In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) commonly referred to as RODO, we would like to inform you that the controller of your personal data is NG POLAND with its registered office in Warsaw (02-797) at Klimczaka 10f/4, disclosed in the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity, using NIP 7961640632 and REGON number 360912400.
The controller will process your personal data in order to send you its own commercial information and content promoting the controller's products and activities - on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679 - i.e. your consent. Additionally, your personal data will be processed for statistical and analytical purposes.
Your personal data is disclosed to entities that cooperate with the controller. Such entities are called data recipients. Disclosure of data by the controller is possible in principle in the following cases:
1. when such an obligation arises from the law - this applies to the disclosure of your data by the controller;
2. when the controller needs to disclose data in order to be able to perform the contract with the newsletter system provider - such an action always takes place on the basis of the concluded contract on entrustment of data processing;
3. when the controller decides to disclose personal data due to its own legitimate interest;
4. when it results from your consent to data processing.
All of the above cases are practices that are fully compliant with the RODO.

We will process your personal data for the duration of your consent. Once you withdraw your consent, your data will be irretrievably deleted and processing will cease.

You have these rights only in situations where the request is actually justified. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal.
You do not need to provide your personal data. Just remember that without providing your personal data (e-mail address) you will not be able to subscribe to the newsletter and receive the information contained therein
Your personal data will be processed by automated means, but will not be subject to profiling.
You have the right to lodge a complaint in relation to how your personal data is processed to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its seat in Warsaw (00-193), ul. Stawki 2.
